Brioche Bread

This gluten-free bread is like no other brand! It is the GOAT!! it’s regular size, soft, and you can make a regular sandwich with it!! Thank you!!!

My husband has tried all the gluten free brands and this one is his absolute favorite! He is fairly choosy about his bread so this has been an amazing find. I have actually tried it too just to see how it is even though I don’t require it like he does, for health reasons and I have to agree it’s fantastic! Thank you so much!

I was diagnosed with celiac in 1970 and at the time no products carried a gluten free designation let alone bread. Thru the years both mom & pop enterprises and major corporations started to produce gluten free bread. I found none of these offering to be suitable replacements. The texture and lack of fiber were the major faults. Several years back I came across your sister product line from 3 Bakers and the multi grain loaf became a favorite. I also kept the white bread on hand when the small slice size of the multi grain bread was a problem in making egg/tuna salad sandwiches. When the 3 Bakers manufacturing facility had a fire and products were not available, I tried a Promise product. I was hoping the affiliation with 3 Brothers would guarantee a suitable product. Beyond my expectations, I now keep all 5 variations of the bread, burger buns and blueberry muffins in my freezer. Again, the multigrain grain is my favorite but the other varieties are great and for a change in diet I keep all five on hand. The Chia & Quinoa would be my favorite if it wasn’t the seeds that I deposit all over the kitchen when using. If you purchase the bread, you know what I’m talking about. The fiber content of all types is high and is extremely important when you are on a gluten free diet as so many GF free foods are fiber free.
The burger buns are excellent and the blueberry muffins rival any packaged product on the market. My only regret it took so many years before GF free bread rose to this standard

Being gluten free for over 15 years has led me to a lot of terrible bread products. I was thrilled to try this bread. Great size, consistency, and flavor. Use it for sandwiches, toast, french toast, and even as a bread side with a meal. You will not be disappointed!

Found out about Promise from social media post - did my research and found that we can get this product locally. I have been ordering from the website - and love this product - specifically the Brioche breads - they are delicious and make a great french toast as well as a great sandwich!

This is, hands down, the softest gluten-free bread I’ve ever tried! The brioche texture is light, fluffy, and delicious—so good that you’d never guess it was gluten-free. It makes amazing toast and sandwiches, and I’ll definitely be buying it again.

So soft, makes the best french toast or just perfect with a little peanut butter on it!
