Brioche Beef Burgers with Fresh Pico

Ingredients:
For the burgers:

2 Promise Gluten Free Brioche Burger Buns

2 beef burger patties

Salt and black pepper

Olive oil or butter for cooking

For the pico de gallo:

1 medium tomato, finely diced

1–2 tbsp red onion, finely diced

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tsp lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Make the pico: Combine the tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside to let the flavors develop.

2. Cook the burgers: Season the beef patties with salt and pepper. Heat a pan or grill with a little oil or butter and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until done to your liking.

3. Toast the brioche buns: Lightly toast the Promise Gluten Free Brioche Burger Buns for extra flavor and structure.

4.Assemble: Place each cooked burger onto the toasted bun base and spoon a generous amount of pico de gallo over the top.

5. Serve: Close with the top bun and enjoy immediately for a bright, fresh twist on a classic beef burger.
