Promise Gluten Free products are shipped ambient, with both standard and expedited shipping options.

3)Do you charge for shipping?

Yes. Shipping rates based on order weight, shipping zone and whether standard or expedited.

4)Where do you ship to?

All U.S. States

5)How is the product packaged for shipping?

Promise Gluten Free products are kept frozen until the day your order is processed and shipped. Our pick and pack team take great care to ensure your order is complete and packaged so that you can enjoy the products.  They will arrive ambient.

6)Where is my package?

We are currently shipping orders daily (Monday thru Friday). Once your order has
shipped, it should arrive in 2-7 days. You will receive an email once your product has shipped with the tracking information, so you can track the progress of your shipment.

7)Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order.

8)Are all your products gluten free?

9)Are all your products vegan?

The Soft White Loaf, the Soft White Rolls and the Rustic White Cob are vegan.

10)What is shelf life of the product?

Most Promise Gluten Free products are shelf stable for 21 days after thawing.* The products are kept frozen until the day they are shipped. Once received, the product can be refrozen. There is a note included in your shipment with the date the product was thawed and all of the details.

11)Are products available in store?

In very few.  But we are working diligently to get these amazing products into U.S. Retailers.
