Herbed Avocado & Egg Multiseed Bagel

Ingredients:
1 Promise Gluten Free Multiseed Bagel, toasted
1 ripe avocado
1 boiled egg, sliced
Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or dill), finely chopped
Salt and black pepper
Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice or a drizzle of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the egg: Boil the egg to your liking (8–10 minutes for hard-boiled). Cool slightly, then slice.
2. Toast the bagel: Slice and toast the Promise Multiseed Bagel until golden.
3. Mash the avocado: In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a touch of lemon juice if using.
4. Assemble: Spread the avocado over both bagel halves. Layer the sliced egg on top.
5. Finish with herbs: Sprinkle generously with fresh herbs and add a little more black pepper.
6. Serve: Enjoy immediately as a wholesome breakfast or satisfying midday snack.
