Ingredients:

1 Promise Gluten Free Plain Bagel, toasted

2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)

4–5 thin slices cucumber

2–3 thin slices red onion

1 tsp capers, drained

Fresh herbs (e.g., dill, chives, parsley), finely chopped

Optional: a pinch of black pepper or lemon zest

Instructions:

1. Toast the bagel: Slice your Promise Gluten Free bagel in half and toast to your preferred level of crispiness.

2. Spread the cream cheese: Generously spread the softened cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.

3. Layer the toppings:

Place the cucumber slices evenly on the bottom half.

Add the red onion slices on top.

Sprinkle the capers over the onions.

4. Add the herbs: Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs evenly over the bagel. For extra brightness, add a small pinch of black pepper or a touch of lemon zest.

5. Assemble and serve: Place the top half of the bagel on your stacked ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh, gluten-free gourmet bagel.
