Loaded Multiseed Bagel

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

2 Promise Gluten-Free Multiseed Bagels

2–4 slices of cooked bacon

2–4 slices of your choice of deli meat (e.g., turkey, chicken, or ham)

2–3 slices of ripe tomato

Lettuce leaves (romaine or butterhead work well)

Sliced red or white onion, to taste

Optional spreads: mayonnaise, mustard, or cream cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste


Method

1. Prepare the Bagels
Slice Promise Gluten Free Multiseed Bagels in half. Toast lightly until golden for a warm, crisp base.

2. Cook the Bacon
In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess fat.

3. Assemble the Sandwich Base
Spread your chosen condiment (mayonnaise, mustard, or cream cheese) on the bottom half of each bagel.

4. Layer the Ingredients

Place lettuce on the bagel base

Add tomato slices and onion

Layer cooked bacon

Top with your choice of deli meat

5. Finish & Serve
Place the top half of the bagel on the sandwich. Cut in half if desired, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Serve immediately while warm.
