Promise Gluten Free products are kept frozen until the day your order is processed and shipped. Our pick and pack team take great care to ensure your order is complete and packaged so that you can enjoy the products.
6) Where is my package?

We are currently shipping orders daily (Monday-Friday). Once your order has shipped, it should arrive in 2-7 days. You will receive an email once your product has shipped with the tracking information, so you can track the progress of your shipment.

Most Promise Gluten Free products are shelf stable for 21 days after thawing. The products are kept frozen until the day they are shipped. Once received, the product can be refrozen.
11) Are products available in store?

You can currently find us in all ShopRite stores, as well as Albertsons Mid-Atlantic locations. We’ll be hitting shelves at Key Food stores soon and are excited to launch in H-E-B stores across Texas later this year!
